Welcome to the Courthouse Commons Homeowners Association. Our community consists of 252 condominium homes, encompassing 22 three and four-story buildings on beautifully manicured grounds. Our homeowners have access to a 4,850 square foot clubhouse featuring a great room with a cozy fireplace and flat screen TV, fitness center, card/craft rooms and billiard room. Our outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, playground and community garden make Courthouse Commons a wonderful place to live.

Our homeowners are a vibrant and diverse group, consisting of young families, working professionals and active 55+ section, all of whom strive to make our community a friendly, close-knit, peaceful place to live.

Our Community

Situated in Central Islip, Long Island, we are just steps away from the Fairfield Properties Ballpark, home of the four-time Atlantic League Champion Long Island Ducks professional baseball team. We are adjacent to the Federal and County Courthouse and Touro Law Center. Just a short drive away is the historic Bayard Cutting Arboretum, Connetquot State Park, Heckscher State Park, as well as Islip Town parks, marina and beaches. Nearby you will find Gull Haven, a Town of Islip public nine-hole golf course plus an abundance of shopping, entertainment and restaurants to enjoy.

Homeowners must register and sign in before given access to all Member options. The HOA uses our website to communicate with our residents. If you have not registered, please do so. If you do not have a computer or an email account, please provide the management company with an email address of a family member who will share with you the information that is sent.
To register, click on the registration prompt located on the top right section of this page. Once you complete the registration form, the information will be sent to the webmaster for approval. You will receive an email once this process is completed. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
